Avastone's work with Bank of America started in the late 1980’s, providing the executive and leadership development services they would need to support a growth strategy. Serving the leadership development process broadly, Avastone and Bank of America also focused on leadership skills for its integration management teams when new mergers would combine entities. The strategy accelerated the transitions, which in turn allowed the company to focus on continued growth and customer service.
